Driving Directions from Nearest Airport
Keahole-Kona International Airport to Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff
Exiting Keahole-Kona International Airport, turn right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway 19.
At the sixth stoplight about a 5-mile drive, get into the right lane and turn right onto Palani Road.
Stay in the right lane and follow Palani Road.
Veer left at the bottom of the hill where Palani Road becomes Alii Drive.
Drive through town on Alii Drive for about 2 miles.
Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff is the white condominium complex on the right.

Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax. Change and cancel policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.
Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
